Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Jarvys Android app (the "app") and the website jarvys-agent.com. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. What Jarvys is
Jarvys is an AI agent that runs on your phone. It can plan tasks and use the tools, connected accounts and apps you enable. It relies on third-party AI models that you select.
2. Early-stage software
Jarvys is under active development and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, break or be removed.
3. You stay in control, and you are responsible
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Review what Jarvys proposes before you approve it.
- You are responsible for the actions you approve, and for any action you choose to always allow. Choose approval settings carefully, especially for sending messages, changing files or running commands.
- Do not use Jarvys to break the law, violate the rights of others, or abuse the services it connects to.
4. Third-party services
Jarvys works with services such as Google (Gmail, Drive), OpenAI, OpenRouter and web search providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for keeping your accounts and keys secure.
5. Your content
Your conversations, memory and files belong to you and are stored on your device. You give Jarvys permission to process them on your device and to send the relevant parts to the providers you select, solely to carry out your requests. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from the use of Jarvys or from actions taken by the agent on your behalf. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app; the effective date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Jarvys at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the website or related services if these terms are broken.
